USCHO has scoring stats, including power play goals.  It does not have
penalties, if you want them, but you can even get a game-by-game
breakdown of a player's stats.  (So you could, for example, see
Steve Kariya's point production game-by-game very easily.)
 
Go to the USCHO main page at www.uscollegehockey.com and you'll
see a section entitled "Division I Statistics" from which you
can make your choice.
