BLUES SIGN PELLERIN, EASTWOOD, PERSSON
 
(AP) - The St. Louis Blues have signed forwards Scott Pellerin
and Mike Eastwood, and defenseman Ricard Persson, to new
contracts, the team announced Monday. Pellerin, 28, had eight
goals and 21 assists last season, and played a big role in the
penalty killing unit. Eastwood, 31, was acquired from the New
York Rangers in March. He had one goal in 10 games for the Blues
and six goals and five assists for the two teams combined.
Persson, 28, spent most of the season with the Worcester IceCats
of the American Hockey League. He played just one game for the
Blues last season.
