I checked out this thread on USCHO, and the speculation is WILD from
Billy defintely coming to Maine in September, to it being 2005, to him
being signed by the Rangers, and now that he's on the roster for the
Lincoln Stars [USHL](and that was just the last two or three pages of a
23-page thread!!).

However, if you go to the Lincoln Stars web site
(http://www.lincolnstars.com/) their roster is "updated roster coming
soon", so its anyone's guess.
