I have it on good authority that the New York Rangers have told Billy
Ryan, who wasn't going to matriculate at Maine until 2005, to get to
Maine this season.

Apparently the Rangers do not feel he can develop anymore at Cushing
and it is time to move on.

Does anyone know if this is even possible?
