Maine scored 4 of its 5 goals when someone was out
front or was going to the front of the net.
Dimmen and Tyler were both crashing from the point,
Hahn was Bellamy's open man out front short handed and
Bellamy was out front and open for a pass from
Sweetland.

if you want to score goals, you have to have someone
to pass to out front, it is really that simple.

did anyone notice that the team picked it up in the
3rd when the fans were chanting and yelling???

the players can hear it when the fans are loud and
they feed off it.
please yell and be loud, the players CAN hear the
yelling even if they cannot hear the exact words
spoken.... and sometimes they can hear the words
spoken... I promise. On more than one occaision I have
been told after a game that players did not see an
open man or an open opponent and they were made aware
by someone with a loud voice up in the stands....
referees have also altered calls based on what was
yelled from the stands... more often than not it is a
linesman who reports something to the ref after a fan
yells what he saw, that the linesman also saw but the
ref did not... when the whole arena hears the fan yell
to the linesman that he saw the same thing that the
linesman saw, the linesman can more comfortably go
report it to the ref.

yelling is a good thing... constructive yelling and
positive things.... and yes, they can hear it out
there.
