I think we are getting our Heistens confused.

As much as I hated hearing the news I can't blame the kid for continuing in his chase of a childhood dream. I agree with Bob F (as is usually the case) that an education can always be finished especially when one is so close to graduation. Most NHL contracts contain incentives for degree completion.

Dustin will be fine, Maine will be fine. Let's enjoy the off season and hope all the returning players dedicate themselves to the rigors of the off season workout regimen that Grant lays out for them. I can't wait to see the new kids come in and step onto the Alfond ice wide-eyed for the first time to a screaming crowd.
