Word on the street is:
1) Detroit is set for goalies right now
2) have at least one prospect if not two higher on the ladder than him
3) He claims he has no intentions of leaving
4) Since he is already drafted with those other factors playing in he most likely wouldn't get a lot of money thrown at him to entice him to sign with Detroit (as opposed to what happened with Alfie M. when he had the great run in 1999)
