In my view, Maine was not the better team last night, but because of
pretty solid penalty killing and the fact they jumped BC, they won.
I think the difference in this weekend was goaltending, which might
have been the case even if BC's goalie wasn't injured. However, I
don't think we saw BC at its strongest and I think the games will be
even tougher when we meet again.
I also think that we have seen that BC's vaunted offense will not just
run over Maine's defense and score 5-6 goals a game either. The two
teams could produce some classic tournament games this year.
Very interesting.
