I agree Deron. I think these two games will be the biggest and most
important that Maine (and maybe BC as well) will have played to date. Both
teams play a great style of hockey and the potential is there for two really
great top level college hockey games! And best of all the game is at the
Alfond! How could it get any better?!!!!

And don't forget, these games are both televised: Friday on NESN and
Saturday on WABI, Bangor Channel 5, and maybe Channel 8 in Portland. (?)
Does anyone know if Ch.8 is picking up the game?

GO BLUE!!!!! BEAT BC!!!!!

Subject: BC Series

Ok, new subject...

One might say that with the Hockey East race decided and with both
teams a solid bet to make the NCAA Tournament that there isn't much on
the line this weekend.

Not so here.

I think this weekend is huge for Maine. BC is the best team Maine has
played, maybe the best team in the country. I think as a young team,
Maine could really ride the shot in the arm that a strong weekend might
provide.

I'm looking forward to seeing how Maine stacks up against BC, though it
is plausible that BC might not think this weekend is as important as we
do. Better for us!
