There was a teaser on the 11:00 news last night that the council embraced "
semi-pro hockey.  I take this to mean the vote passed.  I also take this to
mean that they have no idea what Major Junior is all about.  There has been
little to no press about this.
I don't really know if southern Maine can support two teams ie. the Pirates
and A QMJHL team as support for the Pirates isn't exactly overwhelming.
