I saw this posted in the Blue Line Club folder on ConnectME.  I'm no expert
in this area, but since we've discussed student participation and the Blue
Line Club, I thought some might take interest in what was requested and
what was awarded by Student Government, Inc.

For our Budget this year, we requested $2,470 and recieved $355.  Here it
is broken down.

We can still request money for the travel category.  This was taken out of
everyones budgets.  None was Stricken from this Category.
The props, we requested $25 for a bear with a hockey stick to go with
Lucky, $50 for a cloth banner to hang in the Union, and $20 for Poster
Board for new signs(HEY, SO WHAT,....etc). Out of this, we just got money
for the signs. The Bear and the Banner were stricken, so we cannot
rerequest these items.
