UNH is lucky - which is what you want this time of year. Umile made a great
use of the 4 plus minutes resulting from the review of the goal to get his
team turned around. If the goal gets waived off immediately, Cornell
maintains the momentum and comes out of the period ahead.

All Cornell early on, until the delay resulting from the review of the goal,
then pretty even. UNH scores off of a turnover, like so many others in the
tournament.

I know the rule on the deleted goal is 4 feet high for a high stick call. On
the TV replays, it's clearly hit about 2-3 inches below the top of the
dasher (the camera sits on top of the dasher at the other end, so it's as
close to a level shot as you'd want). I would think that the dasher is below
4 feet (we always hear about the goal being 4 x 6, and it's well below the
top of the goal).

So how is this goal waived off? The call on the ice was clearly a good goal,
so Shepherd overruled the call on the ice. I'm very confused. It's not clear
to me that they got this one right, unlike almost every other use of the TV
replay.
