No, seriously. To whom was Pound referring with "pacifist careerists" (H.G.
Wells?) and "my Viennese cafe' conspirator"?  (G2K, Section x, GOVERNMENT).
Pound tears into "Peace movements financed by war-profiteers" earlier in
the Sophists section.
Who would the Viennese conspirator have been?
