I am sorry to report that I received news from my family (I am Shawn's
cousin) that Shawn lost his battle with cancer today and died sometime today.
 He was taken off life support and died peacefully soon afterwards.  His new,
eternal, life can now begin.

Words cannot describe what a great man he was and how he touched the lives of
so many, including me.
