Frozen Four practices open
PROVIDENCE -- Fans who weren't able to get tickets to this week's Frozen
Four -- the NCAA hockey championships at the Civic Center -- will still be
able to see the participating teams.
 
The NCAA will hold open practices, free of charge, on Wednesday and Friday,
at the Civic Center. On Wednesday, North Dakota will practice between 10:45
and 11:45 a.m.; Maine between noon and 1 p.m.; Boston College between 1:15
and 2:15 p.m.; and St. Lawrence between 2:30 and 3:30 p.m. On Friday, the
winner of Thursday's game between North Dakota and Maine will practice
between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m., and the winner of Thursday's Boston
College-St. Lawrence game will practice between 1:45 and 2:45 p.m.
