Did anyone notice the attendance numbers for the recent
weekend's action????
 
The difference was staggering....
 
East Regional..... (Worcester)
 
Friday - 8509
Saturday - 12517 (New Regional record!)
 
West Regional.... (Madison, WI)
 
Friday - 2414
Saturday - 2910
 
I would have to say that the NCAA made a horrible
selection in Madison as the West site.  I mean there
are several schools that beat those numbers for
their regular home games!
 
I guess we know where the "real" hockey fans are!

P.S.  Also, so much for Jackie Parker's prediction that
attendance would be down in Worcester due to the fact
that BC got shipped to the West....
