I'm not familiar with St. Paul, but also have reservations at both of
your hotels also. :-) Since they allow cancellation w/o penalty to
within a few days of the reservation, I'm waiting a while more.
Radisson City Center is considerably closer, but Embassy Suites throws
in a breakfast. Some of the Frozen Four regulars are strongly
considering Embassy Suites, as I recall, unless/until the hotel closest
to the arena "opens" ... comments everyone?
