According to the Boston Globe:
 
The ECAC Player of the Week was Dartmouth
goaltender Ben Heller.
 
The ECAC Rookie of the Week was Cornell goaltender
Jason Elliott.
 
In the Boston Globe, they actually had Elliott as
"Rookie of the Year".  I leave any comment to the
reader.
