With a number of question marks in the air regarding the top two seeds in
the East I was curious if anyone knew whether the selection show will be on
television on Sunday night?
 
While articles have been written that if Clarkson wins both League and
tournament they would receive automatic bye, I don't see how you place them
ahead of Maine if we get into the championship game and particularly if we
win that game.  The bye is the easiest way to Anaheim and given our
performance over the course of the year it would seem to be something we've
earned!
 
I can also think of no better ending to the careers of Kariya, (in the
Herald today he's referred to as Paul) Cullen, Vitorino, Stewart and
Gustafsson than a win in the Fleet this weekend and a trip to the Frozen
four.
 
Here's to a great time at the Harp tonight and an even gretaer time in the
Fleet this weekend!
