Hello Everyone:
There is a new 8 minute dvd from the Gates Foundation, "Keeping Your
Community Connected," that assists library advocates in making the case
for local funding to stay connected to the Internet. You may have
received a free copy along with some very attractive brochures.
If you have not received the dvd you can view it from the State Library
website: http://www.maine.gov/msl/libs/index.htm. If you'd like to
order the dvd and brochures after seeing the video, you can do so by
following the information below. By the way, the dvd is copyright free
so feel free to duplicate it.
You can obtain a free set of these materials, including the DVD and 10
brochures, by clicking on the link below. Please provide the following
information in the body of your email:
1. Your name
2. Your job title or role in the community (e.g. librarian, city
council member)
3. Your mailing address (Please note, we cannot ship to post office
