Subject: [MSLNTC-L] MSLN: Damaged router warning

Considering that we've had 2 Cisco 1941's damaged due to falling off
shelves, I thought I would send out this warning note.
The Cisco 1941 is a great router but is very heavy.  When we sent these
out we included mounting instructions and a warning that the router is
very heavy and to secure it properly.
Based on the fact that 2 have already fallen off shelves because they
were not secured, I have to assume that not everyone took us seriously.

Please make sure your router is secured from accident.  The replacement
cost of the 1941 is $1400, the replacement cost of the 1841 is $1500 and
the replacement cost of the Joebox is $2400.

We understand that accidents do happen but the result is that when a
router is damaged we are out the cost of the router, therefore,
equipment damaged in an accident will be charged back to you.
