Off the Shelf into your email!  The Maine State Library will soon introduce
an e-Newsletter that will provide MARVEL! and readers' advisory tips,
professional collection book reviews, continuing education opportunities,
articles of interest to libraries and information on upcoming events.  This
newsletter is for directors, staff, trustees, library volunteers and
friends.  If you are interested in what is happening in Maine libraries then
