2008 Annual Report Survey - Deadline: April 1, 2009
It’s that time again when annual reports are being collected from all public
libraries in the state. This information is a valuable tool in assessing the
strengths and weaknesses in the library community. The annual report survey
is a vital component in validating the integral role libraries play in our
state. It is imperative that all public libraries submit an annual report.
Please visit the Maine State Library website
http://www.maine.gov/msl/libs/statistics/annual/ to download a working copy
of the annual report survey for gathering your information and as a
reference guide to completing the online survey.
ONLY an online submission will be accepted this year; NO paper copies.
The website for completing the annual report survey is: Bibliostat Collect
(http://collect.btol.com) NOTE: this is a new URL for the online reporting.
All logins and passwords remain the same.
Please notice the April 1, 2009 deadline.
If you need help with the annual report survey, we will be holding
information sessions around the state in the upcoming months. We will also
be offering online training in Wimba. The training sessions will be
announced on Melibs and on the calendar of events
http://evanced.info/maine/evanced/eventcalendar.asp.
I will be away from Wednesday, January 21st and will return on
