and runner up Hobey Baker candidate) as their Head Coach for the 2005-06

* UMaine Athletic Director Patrick Nero is expected to announce shortly
he will be moving on to an unspecified post with a regional athletic
conference (has the number 10 in its name, but actually has about 26
members).  He's been at UMaine for about 2 years, and will be missed.

* UMaine Head Coach of Men's Baseball, Paul Kostacopoulos has resigned
to assume a similar position at the Naval Academy. More information at
