In case you couldn't stay up for it..

Maine wins the Hockey East Championship with a 2-1.. TRIPLE OVERTIME
victory over a gutsy UMass Minutemen team.

Gabe Winer and Jimmy Howard were simply outstanding in the nets.  Howard
had 63 saves, and Winer was up near 60 himself.

Howard was named MVP of the tournament.

The game, which ended at 9:27 of the third overtime, was the fourth
longest in NCAA Division I history according to NESN.

The tournament capped off Hockey East's 20th season.  Here is the
championship scorecard from the first 20 years:

Boston College - 5 titles (1987, 1990, 1998, 1999, 2001)
Boston Univ.  - 5 titles (1986, 1991, 1994, 1995, 1997)
Univ. of Maine - 5 titles (1989, 1992, 1993, 2000, 2004)
New Hampshire - 2 titles (2002, 2003)
Providence - 2 titles (1985, 1996)
Northeastern - 1 title (1988)
