Please watch for this first class mailing which left Augusta today.  It
explains the criteria for construction grants developed by the Maine Library
Commission at its Nov. 5 meeting.  This funding is available thanks to voter
support of the education/libraries bond issue which was on the state ballott
on Nov. 4.  A huge thanks to all who supported this Bond and made this
opportunity possible.  (I will be out of the office at a conference until
Nov. 20 - Thursday).  I'll look forward to your questions at that time.
