Attached is a Fact Sheet on the NTIA Notice of Funds Availability for
the BTOP grants, at $1.6 billion.  The interesting part for libraries is
the Public Computer Center category, up to $50 million.  It will fund
projects that expand computer center capacity at entities that permit
the public to use these computer centers, such as community colleges and
public libraries.
