Attn: Maine Regional Library System / SCOOP members,
If you are ordering under the new SCOOP contract effective July 1, 2009, please be aware that it includes free shipping on standing orders. Although we were assured that this free shipping would be "automatic," that does not appear to be the case.
We just heard that a vendor did charge shipping, but when notified, agreed to credit the library.
Please check your invoices carefully and/or contact your representative to make sure the free shipping change is included on your account.
