Just a quick reminder that there is an ATM session on filing 471s this
afternoon from 2:30-5pm.  We have a dozen sites signed-up at this moment but
there is still time to add new sites if your site is not listed.  Call Lev

And a reminder for all potential applicants.  If you have had a name change,
address or phone number change or have added a new building to your district
or library, you must contact the Client Service Bureau and request the
appropriate change be made in their database. (CSB's number is
1-888-203-8100.)  You cannot make those changes when you complete the form
471.  It is especially important for you to get these changes done so that
PIA will not challenge your application during the review process.  Getting
the right name, etc. is important to MSLN and the consortium application as
well.  And it is just plain good practice to keep everyone's database in
sync, because it saves time and prevents unintended confusions that could
mean the loss of funding.
