I don't have a huge problem with a 21 year old freshman.  I have more of an issue with pro's in the Olympics, but that's another message board.  I agree with Deron as far as choosing paths etc, but I also see where there should be an age cut off, to prevent 27 year old seniors.  But 21 as a freshman, and 25 as a senior isn't that un-ordinary anymore.  Mixed bag, 65-35 let it ride.......
