alot of this surrounding prestin comes back to the incident in the nfl
earlier this season between the jets and saints i believe it was where
a saints player ripped the helmet of an opposing players head. there
were mixed emotions that the player should be or shouldn't be
suspended. but on espn there was one question that came up...would you
want this player on your team? and all 4 commentators said YES. this is
what i ask everyone in here. if you had a hockey team would you want
prestin on your team? i know my answer would be yes. as was mentioned
in the hockey list here on campus he is similar to brendan walsh.
prestin has great potential and to do something to lose that talent
would hurt maine hockey. i think he could have conducted himself
better...but everyone makes mistakes. i have made mistakes and you
learn from them and become a better person from that. they have 3 weeks
until the games i florida. i'm sure coach whitehead will address the
issue and i hope prestin plays in florida.
