I second Parrothead's comments. The thing that stood out for me wasn't the
negatives about Maine's performance, but the excellence of BC's.  BC is a very
talented team that played well enough to beat anyone in the country Saturday
night. Granted, Alfie didn't make the number of superhuman saves that he did
Friday night, but I can't think of any goal Saturday night that was his fault.
 
And Gionta keeps proving that he is one of the best players of his age in
North America.
 
Of course, it also helps to remember that Maine was without Walsh, Metcalf,
and Stewart.  And it doesn't hurt to think that Tommy Reiman will start
practicing with the team this week.
