According to what I've heard and read, some of the four coaches do not
like the fact that there are three Hockey East teams and therefore
(sometimes) two of your non-conference games are used up playing league
teams.
 
Essentially the teams that have a problem with this are looking to have
more control over their non-conference schedule.
