I asked my husband, the Black Bear Club Chairman, if this was a requirement,
and he had never heard of it, either.  I would have expected a far LOUDER
outcry if that had been required, knowing some of the folks who are still in
those seats!  I think your friend was either misinformed or misunderstood.  IF
you find this to indeed be true, I would be VERY interested in hearing about
it.
