I agree whole heartedly with Sue Estler's comment on WLBZ news last night -
every dollar spent defending the U from a lawsuit is a dollar that could go
for gender equity.
 
UMaine has made real strides and a good faith effort to rectify the situation
in the last few years.  While that may not satisfy the militant among us, it
is like slapping a child for past wrongs, just as they are starting to act
right!
