One more chapter to the lustre of Army hockey. Dan Hinote (USMA x99) who left
the Point after Plebe year was a member of the Stanley Cup champion Colorado
Avalanche. Hinote was a key performer and plugged West Point at every
opportunity all season and all playoff long. The announcers noted that his
former team captain from West Point was at every game for him. Army
aniticipates a picture of Dan and the Cup in a prominent place in its media
guide.
