Answer: Yes.  It's not clear exactly what reasoning the committee
applied, but (IMO) good sense prevailed in keeping the Wildcats
east in the face of the written procedures.

As expected, no.

The other questions turned out not to be relevant.

OK, somehow my bracket got screwed up in translation (I did
intend for Quinnipiac to be fifth and Cornell fourth), and for once, I
was dead on.  I can't take too much credit for it, as the only
judgement call appeared to be whether or not to send UNH west
and I punted on that one, offering predictions both ways.

Here's the relevant prediction from my previous message.
