I joined this list in the hope that I might gain greater insight into Pound's corpus. It seems apparent that I was wrong. The recent kindergarten exhibition of name calling does little for the reputation of its participants, and even less for the study of Pound. Gentlemen, if all your learning has lead you to a juncture where you consider your behaviour either useful or dignified then I believe you to be sadly deluded. 

Please concentrate on the purpose of the list i.e.  rational, and thoughtful, discussion of Pound's work. You do yourselves and Pound a great disservice by indulging in childish behaviour.
