0 The state Attorney General's office issued a news release today,
announcing the decision to charge former UMaine student-athletes Shawn
Mansoff and Matt Oliver with violating the Maine Civil Rights act,
based on their alleged involvement in the racially threatening December
phone call to another UMaine student.   Another defendant, Bryan
Masotta, had previously been named in the same case.
