The Penobscot County District Attorney's Office will not prosecute
Maine hockey players Matt Oliver and Shawn Mansoff.  They were accused
last month of being involved in a racial incident involving a black
football player.  The two remain suspended from the team and are
awaiting a hearing to appeal their suspension from the university.
