I didn't see it.  Can anyone expand on this?
 
I'll note three things:
 
1) Charging is illegal.  That still makes it an illegal hit.
2) 6-20 says that hitting from behind into the boards is a flagrant
violation and gets the offender a major, game misconduct, and optional game
DQ.
3) 6-20 also defines hitting from behind, among other things, as charging
an opponent from behind.
