Anybody else notice that only Cullen, Tate, White and Mansoff were the only
   defensemen to play the first 8 minutes(approx) of the 3rd period. It seemed
   to me that all four of these guys were stabbing at the puck instead of
   playing the body, perhaps tired as result of prolonged ice time. A similar
   situation happened last week against BU. I would assume Shawn has little
   confidence in Ek and Garrow. Goaltending has been less than spectacular but
   team defense is more to blame. It seems to me that Maine hasn't been
physical
   at all.
   All week long the team has been saying they wanted to play 60 minutes of
   sound hockey hopefully that will happen tonight.
