Here are the signed recruits Maine has next year.  This is *not* an
official list, though I am told these three have all submitted letters of
intent to attend Maine.  Shawn Walsh was out at the convention last week so
there are likely to be additions to this list:
 
Mattias Trattnig, C, 6-2 200 lbs, Capital District Midget
Dan Kerluke, LW/C, 5-10 170lbs, Brampton (OPJHL), 51GP 62-48--110 (see below)
Nate Ponitz, D, 6-5 195lbs, Phillips Exeter (Oakland, ME native) 30GP 6-22-28
 
Kerluke:
        Was No. 4 in the OPJHL in scoring.. his 62 goals led the league.. only
registered 10 penalty minutes in 51 games.. his team, Brampton was second
in the MacKenzie Division of the OPJHL (35-14-2 record, three points out of
first).. Brampton lost in the Western semi-finals of the OPJHL playoffs to
eventual runner-up Bramalea.
