As a loyal listener of WKIT I believe you won't hear alot of Umaine
       sports on the FM side of the Zone Corporation. Although it would be
       nice to have a hi-powered FM station broadcasting Maine Hockey.
       I agree that Womens Basketball might influence their decision on
       this .  I also believe WMEB might not be around,
       as funding for the station is up in air. they did just
       increase power output so bangor area should be able to tune in.
       We are talking about 100 watts so no further than bangor
 
       Although TV coverage has alot of advantages I must admit I enjoyed
       watching hockey at Alfond last season without all the annoying
       TV timeouts. Game is so much faster and has better flow with fewer
       delays.
