OMG I am on the floor rolling......Everyone has some good points on this one.  I personally still can't stomach it.  And BTW I believe Walsh was a co-captain, but I don't think Walsh spent as much time in the box for "unneccesary" penalties.  And though the position  certainly isn't the president of the club in stature, it does demand poise, patience and good leadership skills.    Besides, all the zebras know Prestin.  I can hear DiBenidetto now, "Prestin Ryan a Captain, what's he gonna do, lead the team to the box".

Think of all the 10-minute misconducts we could avoid just by putting a
