Maybe Garth is hiding out from Harry Sinden.  Dan told me that he read
where the Bruins offered him a contract that Garth rejected.  Sinden
probably thought he could get our boy on the cheap.  Perhaps Garth took the
advice of a fellow Maine goalie who was ruined by Harry (Matt Delgiudice)
and is trying to get as far away from Boston as possible.

Not that Harry's really in a position to nickel and dime goaltenders.  With
John Grahame out with a broken foot, his only backups to Byron Dafoe are an
untested rookie and an aging Kay Whittemore.

Still, the thought of seeing Garth Snow in a Bruins uniform is kind of
exciting.  I might have even had to go out and buy another Bruins shirt (to
accompany my Bob Beers shirt).
