1. Yes. Anders made a couple of St. Thomas players look silly last night, and
Kerlucke is looking like the goal-scorer that he was touted to be. Tate gets
my vote as the most fun to watch, however--the idea of a defenseman as small
as he is skating as fast and hitting as hard as he does! Exciting, fun to
watch. It's going to be an intersting year.
 
5. Brendan's appeal was denied by the NCAA. He says he's still pursuing it
with his family lawyer. I can't wait for him to get on the ice--he was the
most exciting player to watch during the pre-season scrimmages. He's feisty
and has a temper, but he has a ton of talent--to the point where he doesn't
need the other stuff. Rico Rossi (Northeastern, many years ago) would have
been an average little guy if he wasn't so irritating. Not Brendan. He was
all over the ice in those scrimmages.
 
7. Massota looked good last night. Whether he looked good enough to convince
Walsh to give him playing time against non-cellar-dwelling opponents is
another question.
