PORTSMOUTH, N.H. -- A University of Maine football player has been charged with carjacking a woman in Portsmouth.Policesaid Brian Grier, 23, confronted a woman loading packages into hersport utility vehicle outside an office complex Monday night.Investigators said he forced her to give up her keys and then stole hervehicle.Police said Grier eventually abandoned the vehicle on the side of the road and was captured a short time later.The University of Maine has not yet commented on Grier's arrest.
