The "Voice of UNH hockey" Richard Osborne was arrested tonight on
soliciting prostitution charges. Osborne, who is married to state Rep
Jessie Osborne, was arrested during a police sting. Richard Osborne is
also the director of communications at the New Hampshire Technical
Institute in Concord. 


The story will be in the Eagle-Tribune's Friday edition ...
