Offensive Player Of the Week
Ben Guite, Maine
 
This senior forward led the University of Maine power play in three
games during the last week. Guite scored one power play goal in a 2-
2 tie with Cornell on Tuesday, added two more power play goals,
including one 5x3 goal, in a 9-4 win over No. 1 ranked New Hampshire
on Friday, and added two more power play goals and an assist on a
power play goal in a 5-4 loss to New Hampshire the next night. All told,
Guite had a hand in six of nine power play goals Maine scored during
the three games. Runners-up: Bobby Andrews, Alaska Fairbanks; Rae
Metz, Fairfield;  Dany Heatley, Wisconsin.
